We have just broken an internal service record and we are rather pleased / delighted with the results, so I thought I would share it on LinkedIn to see how good it really is. Result; - We are now closing 84% of complaints received in 0-3 days. This is the culmination of number of efforts and reasons, but here’s the top five reasons (in no particular order) for how we have delivered this strong result; 1) Training, education, coaching and support 2) Teamwork and collaboration 3) Clear customer first objectives and results 4) Visible metrics to everyone in the customer outcome loop 5) Brilliant people who really care about the customer.
