📌Radiographer struck off the HCPC register. Could this radiographer have benefited from more support and/or training rather than facing a strike off? Given the limited information available about the case on the HCPC register, we'd probably never know. Without sufficient context, it's challenging to gauge the extent to which additional support or training could have made a difference. HOW TO RELOCATE TO THE USA AS A RADIOGRAPHER OR SONOGRAPHER. ARRT-Is the gatekeeper to practicing in the United States of America. A body admitting foreign professional in the industry and central hub for screening and approving registered radiologic technologist. REQUIREMENTS To be eligible for ARRT certification and registration, you must meet their education, ethics and examination requirement. Education Requirement 1. You must earn an associate degree by accredited University. 2. You must complete a recognised ARRT radiography or sonography program. Find out if your institution and your program is recognised If you live and school in the UK, Australia, and Canada, higher chances that your degree has been approved meaning you have passed the first stage. Then you must complete a recognised ARRT program likely in the USA. Ethics Requirement You need to submit paperwork or documentation that process that you are not guilty of ethics violations. It comes with a background check and questionnaires that validates your industry. Examination Requirement Last, you need to sit for ARRT exams. This is a 200-questions that determines your level of knowledge related to radiography. The Exams lasts for 3-4 hours. Preliminary results will be available immediately but final scores are sent to your email within 4 weeks. Becoming a registered radiologic Technologist in the USA is a honour.
