Today, we announced the appointment of Justin Picicci as our Chief Financial Officer, the result of a multi-year succession plan designed to ensure a seamless transition. Joining Ralph Lauren in 2006 and holding progressive senior finance leadership positions around the world, Justin brings a deep understanding of our global business to the role as we continue to execute our Next Great Chapter: Accelerate strategy to deliver long-term sustainable growth and value creation.      Jane Nielsen, who joined as CFO in 2016 and has served as CFO and Chief Operating Officer since 2019, will remain as the Company’s COO. She has had a tremendous impact on Ralph Lauren, helping guide our Company through a period of significant brand elevation and transformation, and we are fortunate to have Jane’s continued leadership across operations and strategy.    Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gFJ5wEBk
