It was great being at Salesforce World Tour Essentials in Copenhagen earlier this week and many thanks to the Salesforce Denmark team for a fantastic event! Among the many inspiring conversations, presentations and breakouts sessions, we were especially proud to hear from Apromore customer Kasper Tjørntved Davidsen, CIO at Topdanmark who highlighted the company’s inspirational transformation journey. The company aims to handle 80% of customer interactions within 20 seconds, with the remaining 20% focusing on high-value service, and the rest via digital channels. This underscores the significance of process transparency and better controls for their processes for them to serve customers effectively. Had a lovely interaction with the fellow panellists at the 15th Edition CX Strategy Summit. While often panel discussions can be very generic, the inputs given by the CX practitioners on both the brand and partner side were sharp and insightful. My key 3 takeaways: 1. Have a CX council across teams with a leader whose job is to improve metrics 2. Leverage mystery shoppers and feedback to keep identifying CX breakpoints and solve 3. Innovate on the front end with better interactions, integrations with GenAI etc.
