Glad to share "Synthesis, anti-diabetic profiling and molecular docking studies of 2-(2- arylidenehydrazinyl)thiazol-4(5H)-ones" from my previous lab just online in Future Medicinal Chemistry. This article is the continuation of our work on exploration of thiazole/thiazol-4-ones as potential inhibitors for diabetes. We find out thiazol-4-ones are managing diabetes via antiglycation rather amylase inhibition. We've released initial support for Structure Data Files (SDF). These file formats are commonly used in Chemistry. For example, you can quickly load and summarize the Chembl 34 dataset, or join the SDF file with Chembl's therapeutics FASTA dataset to get the associated molecules.
