Have you ever wondered about the key differences between ginger beer and ginger ale? I recently learned that ginger beer has a much stronger flavor, and the reason lies in the brewing process. While ginger ale is often made with carbonated water flavored with ginger syrup, a true ginger beer is brewed just like a regular beer, using real ginger. This results in a zesty, bold flavor profile that sets it apart from the milder taste of ginger ale. For instance, Bundaberg Ginger Beer undergoes a traditional brewing process over 3 days with real ginger, resulting in that distinctive flavor profile. If you haven't already, I highly recommend doing a side-by-side taste test of the two. It's a pretty cool experience! #GingerBeer #GingerAle #BrewingProcess #TasteTest

👴 And now for the answer! 🍺 What substances affect the flavor of beer? 🍷 The taste of beer varies, with some being bitter and others softer. This diversity arises from the impact of ions and mineral content in the water on the beer's flavor. Additionally, the pH value of the water used in brewing plays a pivotal role in influencing the taste and texture of the final product. #filtration #food #beer #beverage #depthfilter #cartridgefilter

I have a prediction for the infused beverage industry. Personally, I believe the biggest drink style of this industry long-term is going to be infused NA Beer. The Hops have naturally occurring terpenes already and adding more will only enhance the uniqueness of the drink. You can infuse either with strain specific flavors or flavorless. This can allow you to create a product that is unique to the category or to create a product that already has a built in consumer base and we can measure the tastiness of the product directly against other beers of that style. I love seltzers, sodas, mocktails, etc. I just believe the beer category is going to be #1 eventually. What do you think? Am I way off base?
