Emotional pain shows up as a physical pain post. 3.Your brain changes after a breakup. The loss of oxytocin and dopamine can lead to feelings of withdrawal, similar to drug withdrawal. 4. Breakups can cause a self-identity crisis, especially if your identity was closely tied to the relationship. 5.Breakups can cause cognitive dissonance, where your beliefs and actions clash, making it difficult to reconcile your feelings about the relationship. 6.It’s normal to keep thinking about the breakup over and over again. however this can prolong emotional pain and make it harder to move on. How can we cope with anxiety through self help techniques? 1. Acceptance. It's the key. What is, it is with me. I have to find a wayout, not the excuses. This manifestation can help you to grow confidence. 2. Stop intentional recallingthe painful thoughts. Rather invest your conscious attention in something you like, prefer or love. 3. Let the flow past you like doing bad to you. After that you will have ample time to recover. Don't rush to readymade solutions. 4. Stop connecting all the matters of stress and miseries to manufacture a garland of sorrow. Don't see your life as a big ball of stress. See them individully as small and managable. 5. Don't hurry into any decision during anxiety. Find a safe spot, breath deeply, pick anty interesting task and get yourself engaged. 6. Try to deviate attention from stimuli. 7. Never stop working. Understanding Anger 🧠 Ever wondered why we get angry? Here’s a brief breakdown: ❗️Trigger: We encounter a perceived threat or frustration. ⚠️Brain Response: The amygdala activates, releasing stress hormones like adrenaline. 🧬Physical Reaction: Our body gears up for “fight or flight”—heart races, muscles tense. 💥Expression: We show anger through yelling, clenching fists, or sometimes through calm assertiveness. 🗣️Recognizing these steps can help us manage anger better. Pause, assess, and choose a thoughtful response. Being completely driven by emotion can lead to unwanted situations and circumstance resulting in guilt or regret. 🌟How do you manage anger in stressful situations? What if ‘It will work out’ was as automatic as ‘I will fail’? Try to notice your ‘automatic thoughts’ at this moment. If I tell you ‘You are Unique’. Will your mind jump to tell you 'No, you're not?' or you might simply remember one time that you actually felt like a whole, or perhaps incomplete. Again, notice these thoughts, and go back to this moment; You, reading this sentence, while sitting on a chair or maybe walking to your next meeting. ✨You are not your thoughts, your memories and whatever happened to you. You are not your feelings. In fact, your feelings are IN you. ✨I’m curious, what comes to your mind when I tell you ‘You are unique’? #ACT #therapy #psychology

"Tick Tick Tick" In the middle of the session the client went silent. Silence. I am a novice. I hate silences in sessions. Should I break it? Should I wait? What if they are waiting for me to say something? What if they are gathering their thoughts? 30 seconds had passed Don't say anything. I ordered myself. Let's wait. Give them time. I could hear my heart beating very fast. 1 minute had passed. I should just say something. No! wait. WAIT- I scribbled on my notepad. 90 seconds. Is the client feeling the same way? or is this silence bothering only me? What if I say something and whatever strength they have gathered to say what's on their mind in the last 90 seconds vanishes? Why am I wanting to talk? It has been 2 minutes now. And then the client spoke. They said something which I wanted to say in our last session (I had withheld my 'interpretation'). And then the 'free association' started. #psychology #mentalhealth #silence #freeassociation #therapist #cleint #therapeuticrealtionship

HOW DO I STOP 🛑 WORRYING AND START LIVING? ——————————————————————————————— 1️⃣First of all, learn to understand that there is a real and unreal fear and to distinguish it. 🆘Real fear is a real situation, an event that requires your intervention, escape, or change. 🔸And then if we divide fear into real and unreal, where the real one, we look for how to deal with it, and we deal with it. 🔹Where it is unreal, we try to free our head, our body. 2️⃣We start further with the body. We try to pay attention to what is happening in our body. ‼️Most often it is: ▪️Jammed jaw; ▪️Tense shoulders, as if pulled up; ▪️Jammed neck; ▪️Fists etc. ✅We try to relax this body. Even if we pay attention to a few points: ▪️relax our chin; ▪️relax our shoulders; ▪️relax our arms; and we'll feel better and at least we'll be back in the HERE and NOW. 3️⃣Then we return to the HERE and NOW 🧠mentally: ▪️What can I really do now in my life? ▪️Where are my actions, my attention, my effectiveness really required? ▪️How can I influence my world to make it better? 🔸Maybe someone needs to clean the room now? 🔸Or to play with a child? 🔸Or completely immerse yourself in a work task in order to finally do something useful for the world? ✅ And of course, keep a diary; ▪️Contact a psychologist; ▪️Contact a psychotherapist and undergo psychotherapy if you already have serious disorders, because unfortunately, this increases over the years and the body collapses, but we have one body for life. ☝️ ~ ♥️ #psychology #mentalhealth #inspiration #love #happy
