I want to take a moment to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing sponsor, #Commsworld, for their support. I couldn't be prouder of this young team and all they've accomplished this season! Watching these young footballers grow and excel on the field has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Coaching them provides a wonderful escape from the daily grind of life and work, and it's a joy I cherish. Interestingly, coaching football has many similarities that apply directly to my professional life. Here are a few: #Teamwork Success in football, as in business, relies on effective teamwork. Coaching has reinforced the importance of collaboration, communication, and working towards a shared goal. #Builing Positivity: Whether on the field or in the office, frosting a positive environment is crucial. Encouragement and support help’s build confidence and drives success. #Grit & Determination: The resilience and determination these young players show is truly inspiring. Their ability to persevere through challenges reminds me that with grit, we can overcome any obstacle, both in sports and in our careers. Coaching these amazing kids has been a source of great joy and inspiration. Here’s to many more victories on and off the field! ⚽️🙌 #YouthFootball #CoachingLife #Teamwork #Positivity #Grit #LifeLessons #ProudCoach

Brad Pitt chose this brand. Elvis Presley loved them. Rockstars write songs about it. You don't have to be a biker to recognize Harley-Davidson - a brand synonymous with big, loud, and fast bikes. It's not just a machine; it's a legacy! Three secrets behind their global success: 1. The Harley Owners Group (HOG) It's much more than a club, it's about belonging and brotherhood. 2. Rallies And Events Rallies like Sturgis, Daytona, and global events attended by hundreds of thousands of riders - a confluence of stories and love for the bikes. 3. Education as Empowerment Harley-Davidson University & Riding Academy go beyond riding. They connect riders with the culture and story behind these machines. So this is how they did it and here's how you can do it for your brand as well: - Create your own community where customers feel they belong and can share their passions. - Build your brand around core values that resonate with your audience. - Host events that align with your brand & bring your community together. - Offer educational content with resources that enrich their appreciation of your product or service. - Use digital platforms to amplify your events' reach and engagement. Remember: It's not just about the product. It's about creating a story that connects people at an emotional level. In 2024, community building is more than a strategy. It's at the heart of lasting success. Your brand isn't just what you sell; it's the community you nurture and the stories you share. #CommunityBuilding #HarleyDavidson #BrandLegacy #brandgrowth

Let's Taco-Bout it Tuesday! Awards! There is something to be said about giving awards for a job well done! Elevate the feeling of value an award would bring those dedicated employees, volunteers, players/athletes, responders and students! Feeling valued and seen is a huge key to unlocking the true potential in any "player" of the game, and with that value, you will surely pull the best they have to offer. An award is more than recognition for a single achievement. It's feelings, memories, and pride! It's the desire to achieve even more! It's retiring knowing that they made a difference! It's knowing a bad situation, ended on a high and that the effort was worth it! Bring the feels alive in those who make it happen every single day and order yours today! 607-739-3667, 800-793-2095, or info@imagepackaging.com! #addedvalue #bestinclass #triumph #goals #levelup #educationalexcellence #awardwinningteam #celebrate #goalgetter #score #donedeal #unlocked #awards #awardsceremony #morale #ceremony #sportsindustry #golftournament #golf #bestinthebusiness #corporateplanning #eventmanagement #humanresources

Endurance and Excellence: The (Knicks &) Toth Event Staffing Spirit 🌟 At Toth Event Staffing, our core values are more than just words—they are the very essence of our daily operations and achievements. Tonight, as we celebrate the wins of the Knicks and Villanova squad, I'm reminded of these foundational qualities that parallel the virtues seen on the court. 1. Resourceful Service: Just as our staff tackles challenges head-on, solving problems before they reach our clients, our favorite teams displayed unmatched resourcefulness, turning potential setbacks into strategic advantages. 2. Professionalism: Our team’s professionalism mirrors that of the Knicks and Villanova players who, well-prepared and poised, compete with integrity and respect. 3. Calming Influence: Amid the high stakes of professional sports, like in our events, maintaining a calming presence is crucial. Both our staff and these athletes exemplify how staying composed can steer the course to victory. 4.Gracious Leadership: Leadership on and off the court is about lifting others up. Our leaders, some who have been with us since our inception in 2011, share the same spirit of mentorship and guidance that coaches instill in their teams. 5. Experience: Experience counts—whether it's hosting a seamless event or navigating a tight game. Our seasoned professionals and these veteran players both show the confidence that comes from years of practice and dedication. 6. Quality/Longevity/Endurance: We make decisions for the long haul, much like how a sports team builds for future seasons. Tonight's victories are just one example of enduring success achieved through commitment to quality. Celebrating not just the victories, but the enduring spirit and shared values that make them possible. Let’s go Knicks! Let’s go Villanova Squad! Cheers to Hartenstein, Mitchell Robinson, OG Anunoby, McBride, Precious, Hart, Divencenzo, and Jalen Brunson for their incredible performances and embodiment of these principles. #TothEventStaffing #TeamValues #Sportsmanship

You should celebrate a lot. You're not wasting time by doing it with your team. When you're celebrating, you're reminding your team that you are constantly winning. You will often see great football programs or businesses doing it. All because they get used to winning, and celebrating is a part of their victories. During these celebrations, you discuss the positive things in your business and life. It all helps create more winning and positivity.

The event is June 6-8, but let's break that schedule down ⬇️ It's officially a three-day event, but check out the breakdown of what each day looks like commitment-wise. Thursday, June 6 - Trivia Competition at Naked River Brewing Co. from 5-8 PM - You'll only need to send 5 people to represent the company, although you're welcome to bring more to cheerlead/support/have some drinks Friday, June 7 - Bowling Competition at Spare Time from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM - You'll send 5-10 people to represent the company on the bowling team. You can pick a time from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM to stop by, whatever your team prefers. Saturday, June 8 - The Field Day Event at Finley Stadium and First Horizon Pavilion - Officially 7:30 AM - 4 PM - This is the day you want the entire company to come out. It's way more fun if you have everyone come out and stay/tailgate all day, but if you have employees who need to pop in and out, they are welcome to. Corporate Challenge is flexible so people can still participate even if they can't stay all day. It's also family-friendly - families are more than welcome to come out and support, although they cannot physically participate in the challenges.
