In today’s market, where buyers are being more choosy, these steps are very important to ensure your home not only shows well, but also looks good in the photographs. All of these things add up to generate more offers at a higher sales price. if you need to sell in a hurry, this could really hurt your negotiating power. In Greenville’s 2024 market I would recommend sellers who take the steps to prep and price well give themselves at least a 30 day cushion to get under contract.
