Writing a paper for school, building a compensation plan for my dream job. I've learned to get input from employees. Being I have none, maybe questioning professionals is good. What are some benefits and incentives that would motivate you? Flex Time? Bonuses (Annual or quarterly), Profit sharing? Child care? Paternity leave? 100% paid Insurance? Commission? Company vehicle? etc. BE CREATIVE, but Realistic.
