Leadership Transition We are excited to announce a leadership transition at Recurve. Our founder, Matt Golden, is stepping down and Zach Robin is joining to lead the company. We thank Matt for his vision and commitment which have driven the company to this important milestone. Zach brings extensive experience in the technology and energy sectors, and we are confident in his ability to lead Recurve into its next phase of growth and innovation. Zach joins a capable leadership team including industry veteran Carmen Best, Chief Policy Officer. Reflecting on the company’s journey, Carmen shared, "I am deeply proud of what Recurve has accomplished to date, thanks to our incredibly talented and dedicated team. The opportunity to leverage demand-side resources to accelerate the clean energy transition is massive. I look forward to continuing our mission of innovation at this important inflection point in the industry." Since our company’s founding, Recurve has pioneered transparent, open-source methods that transform how energy savings are measured and valued. Our platform leverages advanced analytics and smart meter data to provide accurate and replicable energy efficiency calculations. Key products like FLEXmarket, Resource Planner and Fleet Manager empower stakeholders to optimize energy usage and deliver cost-effective outcomes through precise measurement and verification. Zach praised Recurve for their bold and innovative approach. "The Recurve team has consistently pushed the industry to recognize the full value of Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) and Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) in meeting the needs of our modern grid. Their commitment to innovation and excellence is unmatched, and I am excited to work alongside this talented team and our industry partners as we usher in this next phase of growth and impact together." Please join us in welcoming Zach to the team and celebrating this exciting new chapter for Recurve.
