🔍Today, transparency dictates the success of businesses, because it allows us to evaluate companies based on concrete facts and not empty promises. _______________ 👇 And here's the video script: "Of transparency by bringing it within all business activities. Thanks to transparency, we have started working with more than 50 global brands in 20 countries around the world, impacting more than 2,000 companies. One of the companies I founded, thanks to transparency, became a B Corp. Through transparency and our business model, we're trying to make our business a catalyst for value creation. Both economic and social and environmental. It can be done. We're doing it. And when it happens, a magical thing starts, and a kind of loop begins. A loop where you strive to constantly do better, primarily for yourself and your company. But this has implications - it impacts everything, the business and the people who work within it. Customers, on the one hand, gain more awareness, but on the other, they no longer necessarily need to trust blindly - they can see what's going right and what's not and make choices. This is a level of transparency that transcends the concept of trust." _______________ 💬What do you think about transparency? Do you think it's beneficial for companies? #transparency #businessuccess

4 simple steps to creating a more transparent company.... 1️⃣ Define 2️⃣ Document 3️⃣ Distribute 4️⃣ Double Down 4 D's. It really is that simple. Want more detail? 1️⃣ Define- Whatever it is you are trying to be more transparent about, you need to define it properly first. 💡 Example - Transparency itself need's to be defined for your business before you can work on becoming more transparent. As 100 people what that word means, you'll get a host of different answers. Define it first. 🔗 This template could be useful: https://lnkd.in/e9U6qwwb 2️⃣ Document- Once defined, document it. Documentation is vital to transparent culture. Get it written down. Immediately that creates some level of accountability to hold yourself to. 💡 Example - Once you've defined what transparency means to you, document it in writing so people can actually see it, understand it, absorb it. Having it in your head, or behind closed doors isn't enough. 🔗 Gitlab have done this very well for transparency: https://lnkd.in/eHrZvvsS 3️⃣ Distribute - Give people access. Get it out there in the open for people to see. That builds trust. 💡 Example - Mirror your internal documentation externally. Whatever your employees see, let others see. Show the world what your transparency philosophy looks like. 🔗 Juro have dedicated space on their handbook to transparency: https://lnkd.in/eSsuYSds 4️⃣ Double Down - Consistent reinforcement of behaviours, and communication that stays true to what you've defined and documented builds real trust 💡 Example - Partnering with a third party like Open Org to keep you accountable to the path you're treading helps to strengthen the feeling of authenticity, honesty and trust associated with your business. 🔗 Our accreditation is a great way of signalling to the world that you not only care about building trust through transparency at work, but that you want someone to keep you honest, accountable and on the right path: https://lnkd.in/eG3PbhR2 4 D's. 4 Steps. What are you waiting for? 🙂 #Transparency #CompanyCulture #Change #PeopleOps

Elevate Principles: Our Core Values in Action ❤️We Care: We listen to our customers’ needs and help them solve their business problems. Our work is a positive influence on our personal lives and the lives of our families. 💡We Innovate: We celebrate creativity. We challenge the status quo and continuously ask of ourselves and each other, “How can we improve?” ✅We Deliver: We are careful about our commitments to our customers and each other. We do what we say we will. Why go to so much trouble to assemble a book like this? Because we believe that Peter Drucker was right when he wrote, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast!” We can foster a healthy culture by committing to a shared frame of reference for what matters most. In a world that is increasingly VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous), we have written these Principles down to offer an enduring, clear, shared guide to how we can navigate our Elevate journey together. We hope you find the ideas in this book meaningful and inspiring in portraying who we are, what we aspire to be, what we believe, and how we behave. https://ow.ly/Vlvy50PAHXh #CoreValues #WeCare #WeInnovate #WeDeliver #LegalServices #ALSP #LegalOps #LegalTech
