**Today’s Lunch Taught Me Something About B2B Sales** As I sat down to eat lunch today, something clicked. I ordered my usual meal at a spot I frequent, and they know me well enough to anticipate my preferences, sometimes even making small suggestions to improve my experience. It made me think: **Isn’t this just like B2B sales?** Here’s how: ✅ **Consistency builds trust.** Just like how I return to the same place for lunch because they deliver consistently, your customers return to you because they trust your product and service to meet their needs, time after time. ✅ **Know your customer.** My favorite spot knows my order, but they also suggest slight adjustments based on past feedback. In B2B, it’s critical to know your client’s evolving needs and be proactive in delivering solutions that truly add value. ✅ **Deliver value beyond expectations.** That little extra something they offer? It’s the same in sales—going beyond the transaction and creating value that your customer didn’t even know they needed. B2B is about building relationships, understanding unique preferences, and constantly providing value. Just like my lunch spot does with every order.
