Congratulations! I am so blessed to be a new employee. I am so impressed with the diversity of the people, the amount of support and level of training during onboarding. I am set up for success. I am also blown away with the concern for people enhancing their lives and quality of life through simply getting outdoors. They give so much back to the community. My first unofficial day was doing a service project for the Conastee Nature Preserve which was amazing being able to get to know fellow new hire and giving back.
I am not surprised!!! REI is an amazing company that makes it easier for people to enjoy being outdoors and gain all the healthy benefits of spending time in nature. Great job Marketing team!!! You’ve earned some well deserved time in the sun☀️. #getoutdoors

Came to REI in the mid 1970’s. Bought my 1st Raichle boots 🥾 at your Seattle store 50 years ago. Treated with a bit of Mink Oil from your store, I still have them. Including the backpack and some good gear for exploring the back country of the Cascades.
Love REI. Our designs always focus on bringing the outside in so really appreciate what you do and what REI is all about! Congrats on making the list!
