HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS ARE CONFIRMED FOR MONDAY? How many stand alone single point dealerships out there are pacing 845 right now? How many dealerships sold 65 cars in past 2 days? I can tell you the ones that have appointments and confirm their appointments!!!
Have a question for ya Reid: have some some stores who send a text confirming appts day prior to appt and don’t confirm appts until speaking to the customers day of appt if they don’t respond to text day prior Then I have other stores who confirm day prior via phone - and send reminder text day of. From your experience, which works best or neither? Thanks!🙏🏽
How many of you confirm your appointnets Via push notification and know that your customer has arrived at the dealership before they are even greeted or asked for help ?
