COVID  NZ ROYAL COMMISSION – NO NOT REALLY Tony Blakely who is a self-confessed champion of lockdowns and heavily conflicted with respect to paid contracts with Big Pharma in his Royal commission update has stated; "We’ve been directed to undertake it in a non-adversarial way. Unlike the UK Inquiry, we are not using an adversarial process with cross-examination of witnesses in a public forum. On balance, we think a non-adversarial approach is right. He says: We are approaching it by putting ourselves in the shoes of the decision maker at the time, and asking questions like, “did they have all the information they should have had? Given that our engagements have not been public ... So, lets unpack this in plain English. The head of the NZ enquiry is hugely conflicted. Unlike the UK Covid enquiry we are not going to have the key decision makers be subject to public scrutiny and (WE ) are putting ourselves in the shoes of the decision makers at the time. The word WE is  important here because when I requested under an OIA request the names and qualifications and any possible conflict of interest of the persons conducting the enquiry it was declined . So, we don’t know who these  WE people are ,who are setting the terms of the enquiry, without any public scrutiny ,and who may give persons who made erroneous and misleading decisions that adversely effected the health and wellbeing of ALL New Zealanders a free pass because in the opinion of the WE people they did not have access to all the information at the time. I am very angry because I feel like Jacinda Ardern and the labour government abused their power and ignored available scientific data and like Tony Blakely believed that we could eliminate Covid and this cost lives and livelihoods and now I am being double F#*ked by watching a Faux Covid enquiry designed to let the perpetrators off the hook with respect to any accountability. Let’s be clear this is not an “open” Covid enquiry if one can’t get the names of the persons conducting the enquiry or their qualifications and any possible conflicts of interest and having the heavily conflicted Tony Blakely and his WE team are deciding how the enquiry shall be administered and in his own words “given that our engagements have not been made public” ……………… My fellow New Zealanders this enquiry is NOT being conducted in your best interests or to provide a blueprint for future outbreaks of infectious diseases but in the words of Tony Blakely “to put ourselves in the shoes of the decision makers at the time” and to justify their flawed Covid response which cost lives and livelihoods. The question is NZ a country of sheep or are we going to do something about this? Reflecting on history, one poignant 'untold story' that resonates deeply with me is that of Ernest Bevin. His journey from care experienced youth to a pivotal figure responsible for fostering peace and cooperation across the free world, including the establishment of NATO, is a testament to the potential within every care-experienced individual.
