Insurance agencies are in a fierce battle to retain their book. To keep up with imminent retention and servicing tasks, agents, CSRs and VAs regularly check the portals of over a dozen carriers. One by one. The average independent agency has 16 carrier appointments. For some it's over 50. 😵💫 Dozens of different portals staff need training on. Imagine the time, energy and cost sunk into hours of clicking around. Navigating dozens of tabs to find out what is happening on a given day. Not only manually digging for information, but manually actioning it too. It’s a big part of the reason expense ratios are so high for insurance carriers.
