I was Not Expecting low class services from Remitly ! 1 of my friend transferred her money through Remitly and its putted on hold! and she is trying to reach them from yesterday morning to resolve if there is any issue! she connected more than 15 times to support team always they are saying technical team can help her and they will call her in 2 hours, 4 hours, next 24 hours each time same story but no one from technical team is calling her! she fed up through This type of services ! and now she is helpless her transaction is more than 10k AED that amount for her sister's University Fee and its delayed due to Remitly support team services and resoling issue services! because of her stress I came here to do awareness what Remitly teams are doing
