One of the consequences of remote hiring is the sheer volume of applicants for an open job. A Remote Account Executive role advertising a competitive salary can have over 1000 applicants within days 🤯 . It renders online applications practically useless for job seekers, and has negative effects on the employer side as well. 😡 Job seekers get lost in the shuffle and compound the problem by rage applying to as many open positions as possible. 😩 Internal hiring teams get overwhelmed, and can’t commit resources to passive candidate recruitment. The new expectation for talented sales reps is to go above and beyond. Cold call the hiring manager/ send a personalized video/ network with other AEs on the team and demonstrate deep knowledge of the product, industry and customer base. Just to get an interview. 🙃 ⌛ But this is a serious time commitment–one that a gainfully employed, high performing, highly qualified seller doesn’t necessarily have time for. We are looking for someone who can draft shareholder agreements. Remote job, 8 hrs per day, work from anywhere, just get the work done. Budget - 60k-1 lakh per month. Selection process - we will ask you to draft a shareholder agreement in a realistic scenario, provide necessary information kit to do so (based on past transaction, not to be used) and decide whether to hire you based on how well you draft it. This trial task will be unpaid. If you can’t draft shareholder agreements already do not apply in the hope that we will hire you and then train you to do it. We recognise that many law firms pay more than this for similar work, but we are not competing with them and have our limitations. What we offer is an opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world and better work life balance along with a long term career growth opportunity. We have extremely low attrition.
