There are more scammers out there than legit jobs. Unfortunately you have to double cross check every single "contact" to make sure you are not a victim of these bastards. Good luck everyone!

The Baby Boomer age is a workforce in it's self. They were driven and worked hard to achieve a better life for themselves, than the previous generation. We still need to work, retirement isn't an option to many of the average income Boomers. We still have a lot to offer the work community, with strong work ethics, disciplined mind sets and loyalty. We can be a great asset to any company especially in remote working. I have a disability with my legs and can't run around like I could 10 years ago. I'm very interested to see what's being offered in the remote world.

I agree and even though I’m not at that age yet I find working remote very helpful and beneficial to me. I have major anxiety being around large groups of people and even though I like talking to them and can’t be around them if that makes sense. Been working remotely since Covid and I love it. If only they still offered as many opportunities to work from home as they did would be great.

I'm looking for a remote part-time job but it seems to be impossible to get a foot in the door if you have commitments like school attending children. Employers post they consider part-time applications but always go to fill it full-time! I'm feeling so drained and exhausted by getting nowhere!

I would love to do remote work, but can't seem to find the job that'll hire me! What do you suggest?

Is there a trusted website that lists VETTED, remote/work from home positions? The amount of “scam postings” for remote work is (in my opinion) out of control. If it is this difficult for people who are in their 20’s and 30’s to find LEGIT remote work; it makes me nervous to think of people who could be twice to three times that age trying to find something- and then getting scammed. We need to figure out a better process for people of all ages. It’s truly unfortunate that there are so many people out there willing to scam anyone, but I am also so grateful for the real remote positions that create that wonderful work/life balance that I think so many of us need and crave!

I think working from home you have less distraction & you can work around other things you might need to do. You can always get support from your company almost immediately
