I chose Morrisville for a number of reasons, originally from Northern Virginia and so when I connected to Mooresville, it reminded me of home and I stumbled upon the community. I was unsure if I was going to be renting a multifamily home in an apartment community or if I wanted to do a single family home, but when I met Caitlin and I began to walk through the space that. The community offers with the floor plans, it started to really make sense and me and my family immediately connected. I've actually been really impressed with the quality of the product. I did my due diligence and I toured several properties and I just kept coming back here. There was just something about that finishing touch and the way that the on site staff made me feel about the property. There are so many great conveniences being located on Lake. Norman being able to have access to the schools and all the retail in the area and our favorite restaurants, it couldn't get better. I found the application process actually to be pretty seamless. I felt that it was quick and easy to upload documentation through the resident portal and the on site staff was so welcoming and really gave us options to choose what best work for us. Being able to have the luxury of renting a single family home but not the hassle of home ownership was really key for me. Being in transition and new to the area, I wanted to have flexibility, but I needed space for my family. So when we kind of put it all together and we walk through the property, it was an immediate answer for us. I would recommend Whistle to others and I have. So I'm excited to be an ambassador for the community and I think that you guys have demonstrated a really great product for Morrisville.
