You can use these insights to test hypotheses and shape your hotel’s business strategy - particularly helping define where you play and how you win. Isadore Sharp, Founder of the Four Seasons Hotels embodied this approach by building a persona model of luxury hotel guests based on direct conversations with guests and observing their behaviours. He initially used this knowledge to create the chain’s legendary London Park Lane hotel and then, following its huge success, he used this model for all subsequent Four Seasons hotels."
