1st off, those stats are all lies to support the lies of the liars that are lying for the liars. 2ndly, the only thing creating jobs are people and corporations taking advantage of good interest rates and lowered regulations to expand their businesses. Politicians only take credit for the hardwork of others. None of those jobs created was from the government, only private people and corporations. Even useless and corrupt government jobs only exist and hire off the money they steal from us.

Biggest takeaway - Having a robust team with good succession planning. It is not just about you being replaced for good, you will be away from time to time. It will be unfair if you don’t ensure you have a strong backup and structure. Without that, your team will be negatively impacted by your absence. Some may think it can help magnify their importance but that’s the furthest from the truth. You need to assure your stakeholders of your ability to ensure continuity and your capability goes beyond personal strength. Without a doubt, she is ready for her new role. Perhaps even during the last election If you want to go fast, you go alone. If you want to go far, you go together.
