Great work. I would love to see enhanced tools to determine rebate and tax incentive qualifications. Maybe even something that does the contractor's rebate paperwork for them. AI enabled or not, I think helping contractors understand and get rebates as well as market to people they may have previously overlooked (low income) is one way to supercharge your great work. Anecdotally, my neighborhood electrician had no idea what the IRA did, that it included rebates, who qualifies, etc. Crazy to me....

Looking forward to learning what this funds and what you all learn. This level of investment should deliver some scale.

It is genuinely thrilling — if still somewhat surreal — that an idea we floated a few years ago as a potential way to tackle the electrification challenge at the local level is now poised to become a reality thanks to the IRA and climate leadership of President Biden and his administration. Congrats to all. Now let’s get to work!

Many people don't know this but Habitat for Humanity International is one of the top homebuilders in the country. That's an amazing partnership. And congrats on the NCIF funding! 🙏

This is very exciting! Congratulations! One question: I don't see my county or state (Kauai County, Hawaii) on the list of partners. Hawaii has some of the most expensive housing costs in the country and this could help residents a lot. How can HI become a partner?
