It may also aid in relieving back pain and promoting flexibility, making it a beneficial tool for expectant mothers. During labor and delivery, an exercise ball can assist in easing discomfort, promoting optimal fetal positioning, and encouraging pelvic mobility. Sitting or gently bouncing on the ball may help relieve pressure and facilitate the progression of labor.
