🤖I went to Google's Office for a AI x Healthcare event. 🏥 Here's what you need to know about AI and Healthcare: 1️⃣🍃 There are enough ideas out there, but the limiting factor is sustainability and implementation 2️⃣🔐 Access to services is one of the biggest issues in healthcare for patients 3️⃣🖱 The quality of input for AI is paramount (is patient data accurate?) 4️⃣🔢 Patients are usually willing to share data if it benefits them (think about social media) 5️⃣🙅🏻 In healthcare, especially with AI, who is liable for potential errors needs to be decided before a business implements their product. (I.e. is it the user? the business? or clinician?) Thanks to Janardan Prasad for hosting the panel and Namrata Rastogi, MD , Dr. Keith Tsui and Gemma Bloemen for the insights and perspectives in this field! What challenges do you see in the future of healthcare?
Is there a link to re-watch online?
Rhys Cheung, it was great seeing you. Thanks for sharing the event summary with all.
Looks like a great event!
Awesome insights Rhys! ⭐️
Insightful takeaways! AI in healthcare has immense potential, but success hinges on sustainable implementation, data accuracy, and clear liability.
