In the modern world, AI takes up more and more space. Helping in work and everyday life, and we shouldn't take this as something terrible. It’s just inevitable, a part of the future. The hiring industry is not an exception. Recruiters use AI to process and analyze hundreds or thousands of resumes faster or use different tools not to waste time, and candidates leverage AI to make better CVs to fit the desired job and prepare for the interview. But I see that everyone is in a rush and tries to overtake each other using AI, forgetting the purpose. As a result, the company could get a candidate who is a good talker and knows how to use AI tools to prepare for the interview but can’t do the job efficiently when hired. I believe hiring processes will transform and adapt soon. But still, we shouldn’t rely only on AI, and there should be a balance and convergence between AI and human touch.
