Virtual events as a tool for recognition: See how TheFutur highlights its most engaged members. In my recent interview with Andres Ramirez from TheFutur, we explored their strategy of inviting top contributors lead live events as a way to recognize their efforts and build community. Here’s how it works: 1️⃣ Active Engagement: Members who regularly participate and contribute to the Futur Pro Group gain visibility. 2️⃣ Leadership Roles: As they become prominent, they’re invited to lead workshops and share their expertise. 3️⃣ Personal Branding and Teaching: This process not only highlights their skills and helps them build their personal brand, but also allows them to teach and provide value to other community members. The beauty of this cycle is twofold: it brings immense value to the community and sets an example for others, inspiring increased involvement. By designing and facilitating opportunities for active participation, community leaders can create valuable experiences for their members and foster deeper connections. This is how you can use platforms like Circle to promote leadership and participation through exclusive member events and public live streams.

I love hearing the insights from Pro Members. I learn so much even this experience with you and everything that goes into live streaming and beyond the technical. The Pros that live in a Niche have so much insight I would have never thought of and there is so much value in that.
