Thank you to all the participants for joining our Group Coaching and Action Planning session yesterday. The session was a part of the WIN Inclusive Employer Implementation Support Programme with the Greater London Authority. Starting with the Hospitality sector, we had insightful discussions about the diversity challenges that participants were facing in their organisations. The conversations encouraged the participants to share their personal experiences with inclusion, supporting our much-needed initiative for London’s labour market. This was followed by in-depth discussions with the Digital sector participants concluding with them identifying their key focus areas for the following sessions. Johanna Beresford (CEO, In Diverse Company) facilitated both the sessions, providing expert opinion and suggestions to the participants. We are conducting a session for the Green economy sector on the 27th of February in-person at City Hall, London and also online. We’re excited to share that we conducted the Group Coaching and Action Planning session for professionals from London’s Creative sector today. The insightful session was packed with actionable strategies and plans drafted by the participants with the guidance of our experts. The session, facilitated by our CEO Johanna Beresford, first guided the group towards problem identification and why it exists in the first place. Followed by the participants, working on setting up realistic goals with timelines, along with filling the gaps by adding other relevant details.
