CEO at RAM Enterprise | Transforming industrial operations through innovative bulk material handling solutions.

We’re celebrating women in mining by joining the Women in Mining Association. As you can imagine mining is a male-dominated industry. In the US, there is a 14.3 percent participation rate of females in mining. Compare this with a 47 percent participation rate of women in the general workforce. Today, we get to support our own female employees. To ensure they feel accepted, and have a voice at the table. Women are integral to RAM’s success and always have been. That’s why we invite all of the women at RAM Enterprise, Inc. to join the Women in Mining Association, where they can get education, training, resources, and networking opportunities. That’s another reason we’re proud to promote diversity––because we’ve been on the receiving end of it for a long time. Currently, we have 28 women working at RAM, plus all of our traveling employees. Is this enough? No, not yet. But it’s the start of something great! Is your company affiliated with the Women in Mining Association? #womeninmining #miningindustry #WIMUSA
