Conference season is here! Here's how I like to prep for all the events coming 👀 1. Check if your ICP is attending the conference. May sound obvious, but it's the most crucial step. 2. Browse through the lists of attendees, and connect with your ICP before the conference. Make sure to have as many meetings booked before you head to the event. 3. Remember to distribute the missions between your team members - someone might stay at the booth, someone might walk around the venue, and someone might catch up with current customers 4. Clear your calendar before the event, and come up with one idea to "hack" the conference. We started bringing along our Surfeboard to get some attention while we were walking around the venue. It's the easiest conversation starter! And lastly, on conference day: Bring the ENERGY! We're going to have a pretty packed autumn with all the events we're attending with the team.
