LEGO SERIOUS PLAY for FINANCIAL LEADERS It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the 14th Richmond Events Switzerland Finance Director's Forum in beautiful Interlaken. Over the last two days I had the opportunity to introduce the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method and the power of playfulness, creativity and inclusion to Senior Finance Leaders coming from all industries of established Swiss and international organizations. As always it was amazing to see, how fast connections are created and meaningful conversations between 'strangers' are emerging by leveraging the magic hand-mind connection & 3D visualization.
