Components of Containerized Mobile Water Supply Equipment: This set of equipment is consisted of water purification equipment, container and lighting equipment. The water purification equipment is mainly used for purifying the water to meet the drinking standard. It adopts the combination of membrane method and traditional water treatment technology. The treated water quality reaches GB5749-2006 “ National Drinking Water Standard”, and the water yield capacity of the equipment is 500m3/d. Container: The container mainly provides a carrier for the water purification equipment, which facilitates the transportation of the water purification equipment, and provides protection for the equipment under different working environments. In the purifying process, it provides a relatively good operating environment and ensures the stable operation of the water purification equipment, so the stable operation of the equipment cannot be affected due to the unevenness of the ground. Lighting equipment: Because of the large size of the container, in order to avoid the misoperation caused by insufficient lighting under the different environment, special lighting equipment is installed in the container to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. Tube Settlers: Improving Sedimentation in Water Treatment Tube settlers, otherwise referred to as lamella clarifiers or inclined plate settlers, are an intrinsic part of water treatment processes. These innovative devices improve the process of sedimentation by increasing the effective settling area within sedimentation tanks and clarifiers. The following points elaborate on this topic: Design and Function: A series of spaced, inclined tubes or plates set up parallel to each other comprise the tube settlers. These extra modules provide additional surface area for the particles to settle, hence efficiently removing the suspended solids. Tube settlers are made of PVC or PP, and hence are strong with lower costs. Benefits: Increased Treatment Capacity: The tube settler allows a water treatment plant to handle higher flow rates and improves its treatment capacity. Improved Effluent Quality: By enhancing sedimentation, tube settlers result in cleaner effluent water. Smaller Footprint: Installing tube settlers in existing basins reduces the need for new installation space. Lower Operating Costs: Less frequently backwashed filters translate to real dollar savings. Installation and Maintenance: Tube settlers are relatively easy to support with minimal structures, which most of the time includes effluent troughs and baffles. Regular inspection and cleaning assure maximum performance. In summary, the tube settlers are a good investment for facilities that deal with waste and water treatment because they provide efficiency, cost savings, and improved water quality. How to choose the right sludge dewatering equipment? Dewatering equipment should be selected based on a wide range of factors, including: – Type of sludge to be separated – Dehydration section load – The cost of reagents and their delivery to the dehydration site – Technological requirements for the purity of the filtrate – The moisture content of the filter cake – Dewatered sludge handling and disposal – Energy use cost – Equipment maintenance cost It’s necessary to conduct a preliminary assessment to determine which sludge dewatering machine is best suited for given requirements.

Common problems in the operation of sewage treatment equipment: 1. The equipment cannot discharge water normally: Check whether the connecting pipes of the contact oxidation tank, sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and sludge tank are blocked (usually caused by detached biofilm and damaged elastic three-dimensional packing). 2. Uneven aeration in the contact oxidation tank: Check if the outlet valve of the aeration fan is in the normal position and if the aeration head is damaged. 3. Although the integrated sewage treatment equipment is a relatively sturdy device, due to its long-term use in sewage treatment and the presence of a large amount of active chemicals in the sewage, rust may grow on the pool walls in some special cases. In addition, improper use can also lead to equipment breakage and even abnormal situations, making leakage easy to occur. 4. Although it has strong adaptability to the environment, the low temperature in winter is not conducive to insulation and maintenance. 5. Improper sewage treatment operations may result in high energy consumption, and some sewage treatment processes and methods may meet water treatment standards. #sewagetreatment #wastewatertreatment #sewage #wastewater #equipment #mbr #WWTP #STP #WTP 😄
