Did you know that when customers feel connected to brands, more than half of consumers (57%) will increase their spending with that brand and 76% will buy from them over a competitor. Building brand connections through fun experiences is core to what we do. This summer, our community members went nuts at their local convenience stores trying out f'real shakes and smoothies—their photos and reviews gave us the chilllllls 😎 One member wrote: "I took my teenage son to Holiday Oil and he chose to get a Reese’s peanut butter f’real milkshake. It was a pretty easy process; you choose a milkshake from the freezer, take off the lid, and put it in the cup holder. Then, on the screen you choose how you want your shake (thin, regular, or thick). My son choose thick. It took about a minute to mix the shake. He said it was delicious and wants to go back tomorrow with friends to try the other flavors. This is a fun and tasty way to spend time with family and friends! We will definitely be going back and recommend f’real to other milkshake lovers." Thank you for your incredible partnership, Kaylee Filighera - we look forward to future opportunities to support your goals! cc Steve Krucher Kimberly Havraniak Shiyam Prasad Ranganathan

Hi everyone, I would like to get some suggestions on what we can do to tackle these 2 issues: 1. The stagnant water at car park especially after the heavy rain due to the gradient issue at car park. So far we only use the solution whereby we will ask cleaner to push the water into the nearby floortrap. But this matter takes time and time consuming. 2. Pets waste especially coming from cats at the car park area. We did ask cleaner/landscaper/security to catch it whenever they can,but they just keep coming since there are some nearby shops, residents giving foods and etc. Is there any service that offer to catch all the cats for one time solution? As the cats keep getting increase. Appreciate if anyone can share some input/solution on these matter. Thank you everyone.

hey everyone " today I'd like to talk about the often overlooked but incredibly important factor in our daily lives: humidity. Humidity plays a significant role in our comfort, health, and even the structural integrity of our buildings. As we all know, high humidity can make hot temperatures feel even more unbearable, while low humidity can lead to dry skin and respiratory issues. Finding the right balance is crucial for our well-being. Moreover, humidity can impact our surroundings as well. Excess moisture in the air can cause mold and mildew to grow, leading to potential health hazards and damage to our homes. In industries such as agriculture and manufacturing, humidity control is essential for preserving products and ensuring high-quality output. Therefore, it is important for us to be mindful of humidity levels, both indoors and outdoors, and to take steps to manage them effectively. Let's work together to create environments that are not only comfortable and healthy, but also conducive to productivity and well-being for all. Thank you." Shalyavi Dwivedi 🍁🍂

Philippines, are you ready for healthy fat in your food? I’ve had the pleasure to personally taste test a cake made from vegetable fat made in the labs of University of Helsinki’s Perfat Technologies. The food industry needs to use lipids in foods for practical purposes, but has traditionally done this with unhealthy fats. Perfat’s oleogel2 is a far healthier fat that can help increase a product’s nutriscore. This could be available this side of our world in the not-so-distant future. Those in the food sector who are interested in the technology, I can facilitate an introduction.
Yesterday we had the pleasure to host a visit to John Aguilar, a serial entrepreneur producer, famous tv personality and the host of The Final Pitch tv show of CNN Philippines. John shares the same passion for healthy food innovations through science as we, and is also personally very keen on our Perfat fats that can greatly reduce the saturated fats from our daily diet. Thank you John and the camera crew for visiting our labs all the way from Philippines to far north in Helsinki and Viikki campus of University of Helsinki!

I don't know what Fridays are supposed to look like. I don't believe in "supposed to___". When I stepped out of the box some years ago, it dissolved. There is no box. A business doesn't need to look a certain way. There is no such thing as business dress - it's a construct. An entrepreneur doesn't need to hustle or be salesy or "get ahead of the competition". There is no competition. Every business has a different flavour and resonates with a different person. You get to BE you. I get to BE me. We get to breathe to our own individual rhythms. We get to embody peace and freedom and kindness and Love in the way it feels good for us. We get to BE together on our beautiful Mother Earth with different ideas, opinions, strengths and desires. We get to gather at our collective table, our world, and gift ourselves as we are, to our collective, appreciative of the gifts we receive from one another. Thank you for BE-ing at our collective table. Let's break bread and share conversation, celebrating our common desire to UN-become who we are not and live the individual truths that are in our hearts. Pick up the talking stick and share what's in your heart. I'm listening...

I met Premika Srichawla while living in Bangkok. Yes. I do remember the ice cream. That single product. I tried it. It was delicious. When someone steps forward towards a dream, even if that dream started as a far away idea, we should support it. Now Ekm6 is a reality. Well done. “Help the life of one person and you can help the community.” – Steven Sawalich #entrepreneurship #business #motivation #businessgrowth #networking
"If you had told me six years ago that today I would be spearheading a health-focused, plant-based community space, running a vegan restaurant and grocery store while raising my two boys, I would have thought you were crazy. It all began with a simple desire to create a dessert that my kids could enjoy. From selling ice cream at events, I started envisioning a space where plant-based living was the norm. Four years ago, the pieces began to fall into place. Dreams started to take shape, thanks to the incredible support of many talented individuals. With unwavering faith and dedicated manifestation, we held our heads high, believing in our vision—and we made it happen. Now, one year since our official opening as a retail space, we are thriving, with every corner occupied by wonderful vendors. We hope our journey inspires others embarking on their own ventures. It's never too late to pursue your dreams. Even when it feels impossible, never give up—believe in yourself." A quick note to say Thank You to all of you! Just the other day, I declined some business. My background was not the best suited to help the customer. I recommended a colleague, with much better experience - who I met on LinkedIn. Result? Happy customer, happy colleague. Win, win & win! But wait, who’s the 3rd win? That would be me, of course. Here’s why 👇 I was able to help solve the customer's problem and give some business to a colleague. All the marketing in the world can’t buy you the goodwill of customers or colleagues in your space. 🙏 So, thanks to all of you who are out there every day, telling us what you do and how you can help us 🙏 If and when the time comes when you can use some help, maybe one of us can help you or connect you to someone who can. I have to say, LinkedIn is a pretty cool place to hang out. 📩 Szeretnéd fejleszteni saját vagy csapatod angol tudását, kommunikációját? Küldj egy üzenetet és beszéljük át a lehetőségeket!

Yes, this isn’t your standard Linkedin post, but if this could help someone else take the right step towards better living, then mission accomplished! I did it. I achieved the goal I had set for myself: 10% body fat by 50. I’ve always been an active, athletic person, but with age came new restraints, and my body made sure to inform me of my new limitations. It was disheartening to say the least… no more 10Ks, no more rigorous exercise, it was over. Or so I thought. Through my research into wellness and longevity, I stumbled upon the wonderful Harjit Bahia and her company LONGEVITY, who helped me recapture the vitality that I mistakenly thought I’d lost. By focusing on multiple pillars of longevity, including nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, and community, I was able to get back in the driver’s seat. This isn’t a bragging post, nor is it an ad per se. It’s a thank you letter to the brilliant team at LONGEVITY and Harjit Bahia, the latter whom I will be working with on my next venture: ZOI. Our objective? To establish a data-driven, informed, monitored and measured approach to health, leveraging the latest technology, and empowering people to become the CEOs of their own health. We’re excited to bring this to all of you!

To thine ownself be true is 100% correct.
First Mayor of the West Midlands and former MD of John Lewis, now looking to continue my journey in public service | Chair, Birmingham Rep
A statement from me on the forthcoming General Election👇🏻 I have always said that I never wanted to go into Westminster, and that the job as Mayor of the West Midlands was the right political role for me. But the truth is that since losing the Mayoral election earlier this month I haven’t been able to shake the overwhelming sense of duty to continue to serve in a public role. I have therefore thought long and hard about whether to try to stand for Parliament at the forthcoming General Election and become an MP. Ultimately however I have decided against it. Being an MP is a job of great importance, but it has just never been for me. Truthfully I have been an executive leader for 20 years now, and would find it extremely difficult to step back from that at this time. I do however still believe strongly in my brand of moderate and inclusive Conservatism and will continue to use my voice ferociously to champion that approach - whatever happens on July 4. Many will assume now that I am destined to go back into business - but I still feel I have much to contribute to public life in a leadership role, and I look forward to exploring opportunities to do just that. Finally I just wanted to say thank you for all your ongoing support, it really does mean a tremendous amount to me. Andy
