Skill Mismatch and Talent Shortage: There is a gap between the skills our workforce possesses and what employers need. Many industries struggle to find qualified candidates, particularly in technical and specialised fields. 2. Informal Employment: A significant portion of the workforce is employed informally, which affects job security, employee benefits, and overall economic stability. 3. Retention and Employee Turnover: High turnover rates and lack of career advancement within companies make it difficult to retain skilled employees, with many seeking better opportunities abroad. 4. Training and Development: The lack of comprehensive training and development programs leads to employee stagnation and an inability to keep up with industry advancements. 5.
