KASPIAN CHAT is a service, where they try to offer young people help in difficult situations. They create accessible advice and preventive content on social networks. Its principle is that the counsellor is contacted by young people via chat, where a supportive, counselling or crisis conversation takes place afterwards. KASPIAN CHAT, is an output of the project of the programming period 2021-2027 - "More future - less barriers for the young generation in the border region". Noones media connect; the future we are building #Noones Media Connect is an interactive meetup with key #web3 media platforms in Africa aimed at showcasing what Noones is building. The Media connect session led by #Frisco d’Anconia, featured Ray Youssef and #Nnamdi.  Ray Youssef the founder of Noones began the session by sharing his vision and advocating for #African unity. His main insights are that more regulation is not going to solve African problems. Overregulation stops commerce creates poverty and makes the cycle worse. How will noones go around regulation: The company is open to any regulation from any jurisdiction. Regulation has to be reasonable. For example, asking for all data from users is not reasonable. #Noones will never sell user information in exchange for a license. Regulation in most cases is not meant to help but to stifle new business innovations. What a week! Here are some highlights from my week: I had the privilege of assisting 7+ founders in formalizing their businesses and steering through key compliance steps. Guiding entrepreneurs as they turn dreams into reality is so fulfilling. I also held strategy sessions with a few founders to help refine their business objectives and chart clear roadmaps for achieving their goals. Defining the path from vision to execution is often the most valuable support I can lend. One fascinating project was market research for a client entering Nigeria's visual arts scene. My research revealed a scene brimming with talent, yet unfortunately underfunded, forcing many artists to seek recognition abroad. This sparked a conversation about fostering local talent and turning Nigeria into both an artistic incubator and an exporter. Ideas like government grants, public-private partnerships, a non-profit arts fund, etc. were proposed to empower homegrown creatives. I also created a user-friendly tenancy agreement template for a client's rental property app. Brand identity is vital, and I'm always excited to help tell a brand's story through a well-crafted brand guide. This week, I collaborated with a client to translate their vision into a comprehensive guide that will shape their communication and aesthetics. A strong brand identity is invaluable. The National Arts Council of Namibia (NACN) is inviting artists, policymakers, and the public to participate in reviewing the National Arts Fund Act No. 1 of 2005 through the planned regional consultative meetings, events, and discussions. The National Arts Fund Act is getting requests to better support artists and cultural growth in Namibia.  This means clearer regulations for the Act, hence the regional consultations.
