Team RIVA had an incredible experience at the AWS Public Sector Summit in DC last week! 🚀 We gained valuable insights on how #GenAI is set to revolutionize government digital services. Our team delved deep into Amazon Bedrock, exploring its fully managed #ML models that enable technologies like #CX-centric conversational search through #RAG. ➕ Plus, the networking opportunities were fantastic, allowing us to connect with partners, clients, and solutions providers. We're excited to bring these innovations to our work and drive #OptimalOutcomes to our clients. Thank you #AWS for an informative and inspiring summit! 🦙: Raj DasGupta, Sean Fitzpatrick, Gerald Caron, Austin O'Donoghue, Meagan Martin, Usha Katta, Nageswara Rao Sripathi

VP Marketing/Product Strategist turned Industry Analyst & Board Director. Excited about Category Creation | Martech/Adtech Trends | Go-to-market strategy | Market Analysis | Innovation
Excited to join Amazon Web Services (AWS) at #AWSSummit (https://lnkd.in/gJV25ypV) to explore #GenAI use cases, partner activities, and end-user client's AI production examples. The GenAI space is advancing rapidly. It's no longer "art of the possible", it's all about "art of the profitable". Organizations (and for that matter tech vendors) need to prioritize usecases (which IDC has conveniently documented!) and get moving.... before they're left behind! IDC clients, gimme a minute, but look for a post-event report or set up an inquiry to discuss the landscape. #martech #adtech #AI-enabled

AWS just wrapped up their Summit for Public Sector Partners in Washington D.C., and it was all about generative AI. Here are the key highlights: 💥 Gen AI was the main event, with a focus on 5 verticals: government, education, nonprofits, healthcare, and aerospace 💥 We've moved "past the experimentation phase" with gen AI and into the "beginning of the value stage" • Many partners have already invested in gen AI services • They're building their own offerings and consulting capabilities 💥 But gen AI wasn't the only topic - AWS had major announcements for managed service providers (MSPs) too: • New technical resources under the "Build" premise: - Build Essentials self-serve content - Build Workshops with AWS experts - Discounts on Skill Builder training • Ramped up marketing/sales support: - More marketing development funds - Co-branding opportunities to showcase AWS validation • Business Outcomes Accelerator (BOX) program going GA - Helps MSPs build solutions on AWS - Includes "matchmaking" events for partner collaboration 💥 AWS is also expanding their Partner Transformation Program with a new gen AI module after successful pilots • 2-day training on AWS gen AI services like Bedrock • Identify engineering knowledge gaps and use case ideation 💥 Real-world examples were inspiring: • Rackspace built a Bedrock assistant for a CA govt call center • Accenture created a lesson planning tool for 2M students • AWS helped build a healthcare digital assistant The public sector cloud journey is still early, but AWS is making big investments to drive innovation through partners and gen AI capabilities. Exciting times ahead!

Senior Manager, Digital Projects at Clariant. Driving the digital agenda as a natural extension of operational excellence across operations and supply chain.
A nice description of our journey with Generative AI (CLARITA) so far. Clarita is not just another tool that we have added to our tool kit. At work, she is the perfect Assistant for what ever we do, whenever we do - be it Operations, Sales, Research, etc! 😊 It is now a question of what we can envisage in terms of possibilities and then executing them while maintaining focus on our core requirements - security, value with customer focus and speed! Looking forward to more exciting days ideating and developing on this front.
