The majority of jobs that need to be created in South Africa don't require specialized skills. They need access to opportunities by the government and the private sector to assist with market guarantees. Most skills can be learned in a very short time and youth in South Africa are very entrepreneurial. But Pensions from government is investing too much in the JSE and not enough into township and rural area businesses, which would have a much greater impact on unemployment in SA.

SA needs to develop a massive pool of skills across various industries not for its own consumption of those skills but for the world. In that manner we could attract huge amounts forex.
