I'm happy to share my personal health data via a Google Sheet. Check it out at https://lnkd.in/e4Ve7Btb I'm a big proponent in the power of harnessing technology to enhance health and wellness. I grew frustrated with the traditional healthcare system's approach to preventive care and longevity, so I decided to do something about it. I've organized my data in one big spreadsheet to learn more about my personal health through data analysis and trends over time. About the Spreadsheet: In this spreadsheet, I've compiled biomarkers from various labs and metrics from wearables that have tracked activity, sleep, weight, heart rate variability (HRV), blood glucose levels, blood pressure, and more. This dataset represents every bit of health data that I've been able to download, export, or manually track over the past eight years. Objectives: My primary goal is to uncover insights into my own health, identify patterns, and understand how medications, supplements, and lifestyle choices impact my overall wellness. This is a journey of self-discovery through numbers, aiming to make informed decisions based on data trends. In the coming years, more people will have this level of access to their personal health data (via services like Bionic Health) so I want to show what kind of insights are possible. Why do this: Many people are reluctant to share their health data publicly so why am doing it? I've always been pretty open about my health. I don't have anything to hide, and if making this data available more broadly can help or motivate just a few people, I'm all for it. Also, I consider this product development for Bionic Health. We are building data repositories for our members, and we're still figuring out what data is useful to show. What's Next: I spent a couple of weeks over the 2023 holiday break collecting and organizing my data. I've not done much analysis on it yet. That's what I'll be doing in the coming weeks, and I will share my findings with you. I update this spreadsheet regularly and will make many enhancements in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more! I did something like this for a couple of years, around food: I tracked every calorie , gram of sugar, gram of protein, gram of saturated fat, and calories of food that I ate. Alongside that a daily tracker of steps and other workout information. And, of course, weight. Never occurred to me to make it public! Cheers and good health to you.
