The Oregon ALA is setting sail aboard the Crystal Dolphin this July. I don't know if it's a mid-life crisis. But turning 39 at Palm Beach made me realize what I have to stop doing before time runs out. Knowing that you can’t work with everybody I thought the 3P framework would help me filter the things I would say yes to in business. Passion. People. Profit. As long as it passed 2 of the 3 P’s, it’d say yes. But boy was that wrong! Now I realize, that People matter most. Because both Passion and Profit don’t work if the people are wrong.
