How come your customer service takes a month or two to reply? c3team@robinsonsbank.com.ph, csdpostsalesteam@robinsonsbank.com.ph, and other emails...thats not much of customer service..unprofessional i would say.

1yHi! It's really very difficult to get support from your customer service through email, sometimes it takes more than 1-2 weeks to get a reply, and sometimes there is no reply at all. This time I was just inquiring about by outstanding balance so I can pay my bill, since up until now, I haven't received an email statement and my due date is already around the 14th.
