We chase ambitious goals, compare ourselves to others' highlight reels, and rarely take a moment to acknowledge our progress. But here's the truth: achieving greatness is a marathon, not a sprint!! Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day! Here are some tips I learned from a woman leader on self-compassion: Reframe your inner critic. Instead of harsh self-talk, offer yourself encouraging words you'd say to a friend. Celebrate small wins. Did you finish that report early? Great job! Prioritize ruthlessly. Focus on the most important tasks first, and let go of the rest. So, today, take a moment to acknowledge your efforts. Did you finally finish that complex report? Did you wake up early and get to the gym? Celebrate them all!
