Simple I have been privileged to serve work and Grow together with Gen Zs & Millenials on various settings
Why say this ? Overtime I have realized that children are just like their own Parents
They have their likes and dislikes
It's that simple but not so fast ⏩ Gen Zs 🤣 ( I am a Neutral Party as far as this Article is concerned
Why share this? It took time for me to appreciate that men are simple ( solution oriented in nature) and women ( supportive in nature )
Reason most Great Leaders & Mentors are men and most countries are referred to as she or cars are a guys go to
Why ? The femininity the nature of care and concern when a car 🚗 breaks 💔 makes them worry about how to fix what
break pads
Reason they are Masculine - Well ❤️🩹 built to shield 🛡️ or protect provide solutions to tough situations
That's the It for women
Cause Effect Relationship Argument
So what ? In support of Brian Tracy's Zero Based thinking ( Knowing what you know now that men are solution oriented and women are supportive dear Parents Guardians & Guardians what would you do different?
In conclusion
We have equity ( equal opportunity to succeed) but not equality ( different gender roles )
Why then is there conflict?
Here's a tip - Listen without Judgement
We are not all right and we are all not wrong
Food for thought 🤔 Bottom line we have the solutions to problems
I admit I too have flaws more reason I wrote this to see ( How best can we work together?)
In the meantime, Why Entrepreneurship ? I got an opportunity to work with Odyssia Africa through Networking & Pitching
