We were recently able to supply 70 employees with new soles in just 5 minutes! 👟 It is important to us to provide our employees with the best possible support. After prolonged illness or as part of company integration management (BEM), problems often arise due to prolonged standing or uncomfortable shoes. 🌱 UPDATE: As promised in the beginning of January, I'm here to tell you how the Count Your Steps competition went! As highlighted in my original post, there are plenty of unwanted side effects from mainly sedentary work, and the most googled word in Denmark in 2023 was "tiredness". People are generally feeling stressed, overwhelmed and fatigued. To combat exactly that, our Health and Safety Committee at WorkPoint started the year with a Count Your Steps competition for all WorkPointers. 🚶♀️🚶 Now, here are the results: We've walked 2599 kilometers, and that's an impressive 3.411.491 steps! But most importantly, we're slowly embracing a culture of more movement. 🧡 This year, it's my hope that people will continue to move and prioritize it throughout the day. But I also know that new habits are hard to sustain. So, we need to maintain the focus on movement in some way. How do you work with movement in your organization?
