On Friday, June 28, the annual soccer match between our "white-collar" and "blue-collar" employees took place at our site in Worms. ⚽ In bright sunshine and summery temperatures, a total of 26 employees competed against each other. The team of the white-collar won the game with a final score of 5:2. After the sporting challenge, we moved on to the relaxed part. There was a barbecue for everyone present and the opportunity to socialize. 🤗 A big thank you to all participants and organizers. Events like this strengthen our team and the sense of community in our company. #TeamBuilding #Culture #Soccer

In the context of a fictional scenario where Team B has brought true knowledge to its teammates, and Team NC has resorted to manipulation and unfair tactics, it's important to consider the values of fairness, sportsmanship, and integrity. If we're looking to uphold these values, Team B should be the one to win the upcoming match. Promoting fair play and a healthy competitive spirit is essential in any sports or team activity. Given that Team NC has engaged in brainwashing and unfair practices, it would be more fitting for Team B to emerge victorious this time around. This outcome would send a positive message about the importance of playing by the rules and treating all teammates with respect and dignity. Ultimately, the goal should be to inspire teamwork, skill development, and ethical behavior among the players. The outcome of this match could contribute to fostering a sense of camaraderie and trust among Team B's members while encouraging Team NC to reassess their approach and values moving forward. 😇

Embracing Inclusivity: Football for All at NexxtGen: #football #grassrootsfootball #disabilityfootball #inclusivefootball #footballforall #footballcoach #footballcoaching As we lace up our boots and step onto the pitch, there's an unspoken understanding at NexxtGen Football – the beautiful game is for everyone. In my coaching journey, inclusivity isn't just a buzzword; it's a core belief that shapes our approach to the sport. At NexxtGen, we champion the idea that football should be a realm of boundless opportunities, embracing individuals of all abilities. Regardless of whether you're a seasoned player or just starting your football journey, we're committed to providing accessible and tailored experiences for everyone. Our philosophy is straightforward but profound: disabled individuals should have the chance to play mainstream football whenever possible. We recognise, however, that some players may find a more suitable environment in 'pan-disability' or 'impairment-specific' football, either temporarily or permanently. But it doesn't stop there. Our commitment extends beyond providing a space to play; we're dedicated to creating player development pathways that cater to various impairment groups. From grassroots to elite levels, our sessions and competitions are meticulously designed to support the developmental needs of every player. Inclusivity is more than a goal; it's a journey. We're not just coaching football; we're fostering a sense of belonging, where everyone, regardless of their abilities, can thrive. Our aim resonates from the grassroots to the international stage – to promote inclusivity and ignite a lifelong passion for the beautiful game. So, whether you're kicking a ball for the first time or chasing your dreams at an elite level, know that at NexxtGen Football, there's a place for you. Let's play, learn, and grow together because football truly is for All. Best wishes, Steve Halls NexxtGen Football http://dlvr.it/SycJX3

I participate in a lot of pickleball forums where people share stories, ask questions, look for opportunities to play, etc. One of the Facebook groups I am in (mostly just reading) is called "Pickleball Women." This morning a member posted a story about how a male opponent didn't like being coached by a female partner, and said he would never play with her again. I didn't comment (usually don't), but I will say that one of my favorite things about Pickleball is how flexible play is. In it's best form, Pickleball welcomes all to play - regardless of age, sex, size, level, etc. Good partners are good partners - they play well with you, communicate with you as you'd like, and are positive and uplifting (in the way you appreciate). It doesn't matter if that partner is male or female. This said, there is this thing out there about women coaching or being too aggressive or competitive, and that kinda ticks me off. As a competitive woman, I resent when a guy calls me aggressive because I hit an overhead winner. Would they say that to a man? What about when I suggest a strategy? Would they resent that coming from a man? In our pickleball teambuilding, ALL are welcome and have a voice to communicate and coach and celebrate as they play! Where are my pickleball friends who have thoughts on this? #pickleball #teambuilding #competition

"Reflecting on the beautiful game and its journey towards inclusivity and diversity. As we celebrate the diversity within soccer, it's crucial to recognize the strides made and the work that lies ahead. From grassroots to the global stage, soccer unites people of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities. Yet, the industry still faces challenges in fully embracing diversity. Representation matters, both on the field and in leadership roles. It's not just about equal opportunities, but also about creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives. As we continue to push for progress, let's amplify diverse voices, celebrate diverse talents, and champion inclusivity at every level. Together, we can make soccer a truly global game where everyone feels they belong.
