🚀 One Month Down at Synthesia 🚀 It's been a whirlwind of a month since I joined Synthesia as an Enterprise Account Executive, and what a journey it's been! Here's why I'm all in: ✨ Leadership that Inspires: The transparency and accessibility of our leadership team have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve joined Welcome Zooms with our leadership team - CEO, Victor Riparbelli, CTO Jonathan Starck, and VP of Sales, Nadia Eslami. Their vision and openness set the tone for our incredible journey ahead and are a testament to the success of the company so far. Looking forward to the upcoming session with our COO, Steffen Tjerrild. 🔍 Perfect Fit for the Enterprise: The product doesn't just fit the market well; it leads it. Synthesia was just named the Fastest Growing Product in G2's Best Software Awards (incredible to see it live in Times Square). We're constantly delivering value to the Enterprise across various industries and teams - enabling them to enhance their content creation capabilities and improve communication. 🌟 Innovation at Its Core: The dedication to innovation, especially within our R&D and Product teams, is unlike anything I've witnessed. On Monday here in NYC, I experienced a Synthesia Avatar Shoot. It captures a live performance for video and voice cloning session for audio to use for my custom AI avatar creation. It was incredible - super excited to share the final product soon! 🤝 Colleagues of Aces: I'm surrounded by intelligent, hardworking, and down-to-earth individuals with diverse backgrounds. The camaraderie here is real, and it's empowering to be part of such an exciting company with an incredible culture. When I joined Zinnov I was so nervous…moving from a large enterprise in Japan to mid-size company in India and changing industry completely! As one of our leaders tells me…I had been too 'Japan..ised' already. I agree…that was partly the reason I was nervous😊 Looking back…6+ years! Why did I stay at Zinnov? There are many things, but what’s most intriguing to me are two things. Amongst all the chaos, and Zinnov’ s unsatiable appetite to go after the next big challenge, these two stand out- 1)     A customer told me once ‘I never came across any consulting team that cares so much!’ When I heard it the first time from a transformation leader at a Fortune 20 company…I thought, why are they saying that? We were just doing our job!! Then I heard it a few more times. Started realizing there is pattern- The teams at Zinnov are nurtured to ‘care’ and ‘go above and beyond' for customers. 2)     In all the chaos and sometimes a lot of stress…there are these ‘warm towel’ moments…where someone from Zinnov will come forward whether its leadership, or HR or colleagues who put a ‘warm cozy towel’ around a very ‘stressful or chaotic situation’ you are in. E.g.- During COVID the leadership started a voluntary workforce to help COVID impacted colleagues and their families, and quickly that team grew so large. That team was spending most of the hours doing the voluntary work. Nobody ever said to us that you are impacting work and strike some balance. In fact, they said ‘keep trying, you are trying to do the right thing’. Some of our customers' business was impacted too, Zinnov went to extent of not taking the fee for few months and continued to work (please don’t think this is standard 😉) There are so many such examples I have in my kitty, which make it clear that this company is unique. If you like working in a culture which- ·        Cares and stands by you when times are tough ·        Is highly customer centric and ·        Allows you to challenge yourself/push your boundaries, then Zinnov is your employer of choice #Zinnov

It's been about 7 months with Zinnov now, and it has been an incredible journey. I've had the opportunity to gain an outside-in perspective on the impact and influence of Zinnov Confluence.
