Presented one of our more popular trainings today to 360 Benefits at Chicken ‘n Pickle— “Identifying & Overcoming Objections: MAPD vs Med Supp” During this training, we take a journey on how to identify the most suitable product with prospective clients. We chat through proven sales strategies and best practices when assisting prospective clients. For example, one of the topics discussed is identifying potential objections & diplomatically overcoming hesitations. To me, when someone gives an objection, it’s actually a signal of interest in the product or offering presented. Another topic discussed is the fact that our industry overutilizes the word “educate”. To me, that’s the wrong approach and thought. It’s about strategizing with our clients—not educating. We unpack so much during the 1.5hr session.
