PI Planning events are messy and inaugural events are rough. Having ~160 people co-create the next quarter of work for the first time together is an energizing, exhausting and exhilarating day. We got the messy job done, leaving with an of understanding our commitments across our teams and for ourselves. I call it a win even with the rough moments and a list of improvements for the next time. Despite #changeleadership being messy and rough, we need to get that imperfect ball rolling.
