Being genuine is the new sauce in 2024 🍕 Ok, imagine this… You walk into your favorite pizza place. You're ready to order your go-to slice. But the robot behind the counter greets you coldly. "Welcome, human. What would you like to consume today?" Then, the mood is killed and you lose your appetite. In today's world, authenticity is the new pizza sauce. People are sick of fake smiles and scripted interactions. We crave genuine connections, even with our favorite pizza places. Personal brands that embrace their quirks and imperfections are thriving. So, let's get real! Ditch the lame corporate jargon and be real. Share your cheesy jokes and relatable kitchen mishaps. Connect with your audience on a human level. At the end of the day, we're all just just pizza slices ourselves. Some of us are crispy, some are a little doughy (I know I am 😅). But when we come together, we make a delicious whole pizza. Be a real person and be genuine. PS: Can you tell how much I like pizza 😜🍕

I like pineapple on pizza!! When my friend told me this, At first, - I was disgusted - I wanted her to eat pizza with mustard sauce. - Maybe even punching her in the face… I was ready to question our entire friendship. How could someone I know so well like something that felt so wrong to me? It wasn’t about the pineapple. It was about differences— Small ones like pizza toppings, and Bigger ones, like opinions and approaches. We surround ourselves with people who mirror our tastes, But life gets interesting when we embrace those who don’t. People with different views - Push us to grow, -Expand our horizons, and - Challenge our assumptions, So, next time you’re tempted to question someone’s “pineapple” moment, take a breath and consider this: It’s our quirks and differences that make life richer, and more flavorful—even if it’s a flavor you don’t love. Celebrate the differences. Accept the quirks. And maybe—just maybe—give pineapple on pizza a try. PS-- Do you experiment with your pizzas?? -------------------------------------------------- #Linkedinwriter #Pizza #PersonalBranding

Voice and accent are like pizza toppings. Your voice is the crust. Your accent is the sauce. Pizza can have all kinds of crusts and sauces, but it’s still pizza. You can have different voices and accents, but you’re still uniquely you. And just like pizza toppings, some people like certain voices and accents more than others. But don't worry. Your voice and accent aren’t what make or break you. It’s the quality of your content that matters. So, be confident in who you are. Embrace your voice and accent. Because at the end of the day, people come back for the quality of the pizza, But don’t forget, the crust needs to be just right and the sauce fresh to make a great pizza. So why not work on improving your voice and accent? Crust + Sauce + Toppings = Good Pizza. What do you think about this analogy? It’s the little things. Don’t believe me, skip 1/4 tsp of baking soda in a baked dish, even in cups and cups of other ingredients it becomes dense and thick. When we’re creating experiences internal or external, I will keep this thought with me. A broken link. A delayed response. An extra step. An extra minute to hear someone’s thoughts. A check in to ensure someone feels seen. Explaining it one more time because it didn’t land the first time. Asking for clarity. A nod to someone who did that extra thing. A question instead of an objection. It all matters. The little things matter to your customers, your future customers and your colleagues. I’ll remember that little bit of baking soda with a goal to rise. #customerexperience #oneteam #rise

🧊"Who would buy a frozen pizza?" 🍕 The genius question my 3-year-old daughter threw at me during a grocery store adventure. To her, a frozen pizza seemed like a far cry from the ideal experience — picking out each black olive before indulging in the gooey, cheesy goodness and not a single bit of crust. This got me thinking – how often do we describe our products with just "what's inside the box📦?" When what customers really crave is the experience, the emotions, the moments that come with it. Hot take: Nobody buys a frozen pizza — they buy happiness, comfort, time with loved ones. They buy the promise of a fun family dinner, a memorable night with friends, or a quick and easy meal solution. So, here's the moral of this story: If you want to be a standout marketer, channel your inner child. Think beyond the product's specs and tap into the essence of what truly matters to your customers — the experiences, the feelings, and the cherished moments that your product brings to their lives. Question: What is your favorite pizza topping and why is it mushrooms🍄? #MarketingWisdom #ProductDevelopment #CustomerExperience

Raise a fork to National Apple Pie Day! 🍎 But hold the phone – we're not talking about your grandma's classic recipe. Did you know pie is the least consumed dessert in the industry (only 3%)? Yet, right here in Atlanta, we've got a rebellious twist on tradition that's defying the odds. Enter the World Famous Apple Cobbler Pie by Esco Eats. It's two desserts in one, a flavor explosion that's redefining what pie can be. What is should be 🤯. Why is this a big deal? Because it's the underdog story of the dessert world. We're the misfits, the rule-breakers, the ones who said, "Screw the statistics, we're gonna make pie our way...' AMAZING." And guess what? It's working. We're not just making pie, we're creating experiences. We're building a community of flavor rebels who crave something different, something better. So, on this National Apple Pie Day, we raise a toast (or a fork) to all the underdogs out there. The ones who dare to dream big, who challenge the status quo, and who prove that even the least popular dessert can become a legend. Cheers to flavor, rebellion, and the sweet taste of victory! 🥂

Ever thought about your mind like a coffee jar? ☕ Imagine this: Before refilling your coffee jar, you empty it completely, right? What if you refill it while still having some at the bottom? Exactly...The leftover grounds mix with the fresh coffee, and over time, the taste goes bad! Our minds and hearts work the same way; holding onto old grudges and negative emotions is like letting old coffee spoil the new brew. 😕 Learn from your experiences, then clear out what no longer serves you. Make space for new, positive ones, and let your life brew fresh and flavorful! And remember to always enjoy your coffee 😍 #MentalHealth #FreshStart #Coffee #MentalHealth #FreshStart #PositiveVibes

How to mix a word salad. - 1 cup of jargon - Add everyones opinion over time - Dress with plenty of 'we-do' statements - Season with it's on the to-do list This happens when too many cooks spoil the broth (may as well carry on with the culinary references), or, on the flip side, no one owns the translation of company strategy into messaging and content. Remember that confused people don't make decisions. So, you must invest time, energy, and resources to clarify your proposition and messaging.

A relaxed Sunday morning often begins with a plate of pancakes and a refreshing cold coffee, but even these simple pleasures follow a recipe for success. Just like crafting the perfect breakfast, developing a strategic business plan requires a blend of essential ingredients: a base of solid data (the pancakes), a dash of innovation (the syrup), and the energy to put it all into action (the coffee). As we savor this delightful breakfast, it's a good time to reflect on how the right mix of foundational stability and creative topping can turn an ordinary offering into a remarkable experience. Similarly, in business, while the fundamentals need to be robust, it's often the unique value proposition that leaves a lasting impression on our customers. So, as you enjoy your Sunday and look ahead to the week, think about what ingredients you will bring together for your clients. Will you stick with the tried and true, or will you add a little something special to the mix? #sundayreflections #businessstrategy #innovation #sundaypost

What tickles your tastebuds? I'm taking a detour from the usual to share something delicious and let's be honest, there's too much turkey and gravy at this time of year 😋 So if the blend of honey's sweetness and the fiery kick of jalapeños sounds like a flavour journey you'd love, then you're in for a treat! 👇 My good friend Stuart Frost kindly sent me with this Hot Honey, and let me tell you, it's a game-changer! Perfect on just about everything, but brace yourself—it packs a punch! Drizzle it on pizza, blue cheese, figs, fish or tart up your turkey sandwiches, this is liquid gold and I believe there are more flavours 👏 I'm not affiliated in any way, it's just delicious and why not help promote small businesses? #sweetheat #recommendation
