We were delighted to attend the Topping Out Ceremony at the Glass Bottle site. This ceremony marks a significant milestone in this project, celebrating the topping out of Phase 1 Glass Bottle. Phase 1 consists of 570 homes in three separate blocks fronting onto the Sean Moore Road. Upon completion, the Glass Bottle site will see the delivery of over 3,800 residential units, over one million sq. ft. of commercial space, as well as significant community and public open spaces. We’d like to thank John Sisk & Son Ltd and Henry J Lyons Architects, CS Consulting Group Civil & Structural Engineers, Axis, Cameo and Partners , Linesight, Maurice Johnson & Partners, Lafferty, Verde and Tom Phillips + Associates for their hard work on the project to date. Check out the below photo of RGRE team members Molly Ryan, James Ronan MSCSI, Johnny Ronan, Jodie Ronan, Gavin Wyley and John Savage attending the ceremony.
